    I bought a dress online from this "store" to then receive an email advising it had been sold. After contacting you three times via email, calling your mobile leaving a voicemail no response, a message through Facebook, I had to resort to a PayPal dispute to receive my refund. Stay away from this store!

    DO NOT USE THIS STORE - IT IS A SHAM/FAKE. They DO NOT answer their landline phone, mobile number is answered by a child and Wonn’t respond to emails! FAKE FAKE FAKE

    I have attempted to contact you for 3 days via your landline which only rings twice, the mobile number and facebook! I have 3 Shona Joy bridesmaids dresses in different Navy blues! I am furious you have not bothered to contact me back or answer your phones. Is this even a legitimate business because you took my $500 and aparently think 3 different colour navys and fabrics is acceptable and then disapeared! Planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to deal with this!

    As per the below real reviews, I have had nothing but a bad experience with Lookbook Boutique. Sent me a size 12 instead of a 10 and when I contacted them, I was told there was no difference between sizes haha. Dirty clothing, no communication, rude staff (when they finally answer). The five star reviews are from people who work there so go figure.
