An expert team that ensures my cars are running as they should, and provides value far in excess of the labour rates. The strong focus on safety, highest quality parts, and refusal to accept second best provides assurance that my cars are looked after by the best.

  Provided excellent service, on the way from Bush to Wodonga A/C belt torn, and I had to drive to Adelaide in 35 degree heat, just one phone call and 30 min later all was fixed. Thanks Darren and team really appreciated.

  I have used the services of Border BM for both the 318i and the 325Ci since being stiffed by a Dealer. I have nothing but praise for the manner in which Darren conducts his trade. Over the past five years I have confidently referred a good number of close friends and acquaintences to Border BM. Darrens knowledge of the BMW range is awesome, If I was stranded between capital cities I wouldn't hesitate to have it trucked to Albury because I know the job will be done properly and at a cost no Dealer would come near to matching.

  Several months ago, after buying my first BMW (a Saphire Black, 530i Sport) I went searching for a repairer that I could entrust my car to. I would not even park across the road from the local Dealers, so when I found Border BM and visited Darren and the guys, I was convinced that I could rest easy in my search. Every time I go in, I am greeted in a friendly and personal manner and the service is second to none. I feel that Darren and the guys actually do CARE about the cars they work on and the customers who own them. Maybe like a big happy BMW family? I have already recommended Border BM to friends who are also new BMW owners (X5) and they seem to have a similar opinion.
