    I highly suggest if you are booking tickets at the Albury station, you check ticketing prices before you do so otherwise they might try to take advantage of you like they did to me today.

    I went to book a ticket from Albury to Melbourne under a child's concession (5 to 18) and the lady who served me was very rude and cut me off telling me anyone over 17 has to pay full fare. I tried to explain to her that I always do this trip and I usually book my ticket over the phone and they only ever charge me $18.80 but she once again rudely cut me off saying I had to pay full fare. Her customer service was appalling. I think I will just to stick buying my tickets over the phone or online.

    Easy access very long platforms the whole place is cosy and visually appealing

    Nice station however trains are very often delayed and slow-moving. Not the station's fault though!

    He station could be staffed for a while longer rather than a couple of hours each fay
