  I never provide reviews but today's experience warrants my time and effort. My daughter and I entered the store with an immediate hospitable greeting and direction to go to talk to Patrick in the RC area. We then spent the next 40 min asking questions about RC crawlers, battery vs nitro. Patrick was extremely well versed in everything RC and even though we Cleary stated we were in the fact finding stage of our purchase, Patrick took the time to help us with every question and advised us information we needed to consider. It has been such a long time since I've received such pleasent customer service although we didn't purchase our RC just yet I will guarantee that we will be getting it from them.

  I am mainly into RC Cars, Diecast Cars and plastic model kits. I have found the after sales service in the RC section to be outstanding. I have compared prices for most products on the internet and found the Albury Hobby Centre to be very competitive.
