  Our dinner here was excellent. The seafood combination in a basket was the best we have ever tasted. I sent my compliments to the chef, which is something I rarely do. Also we were attended to promptly, given a choice of tables and the staff were pleasant. We were given a wine bucket with ice to hold our bottle of wine. Definitely on my list of places to dine if and when I go back to Albury.

  Worst service in history with arrogant owner/cook¡ After calling to place a take away order last night at 5.40pm we arrived to collect it at 6.05pm to be informed that the meal would be another 5 minutes. After questioning the man several times when he was attending to other customers he kept saying it will be only a few more minutes. At 6.30 he finally brought my order our apoligising for the delay and said "we are extremely slow tonight" and the meals were incorrect so he said give him 5 more minutes. Again I waited another 20 minutes and at 6.50pm he came out with the most rude and abrupt owner who was arrogant and unrespective to myself as a customer. I said I was not happy as the other meals were all warm now which was unacceptable and he replied with "I'll give you your f*** money and get out of here and proceed to rudely " rip" the bag out of my hand.

  While waiting 2 other customers where also given misleading waiting times, one lady being called a lier as he said she had only been waiting 10 minutes when it was actually over 20 and he was very reluctant to give her her requested refund as she was unable to wait any longer.

  Ordered an entree of spring rolls and king prawn dumplings, these were unfortunately bland and flavorless. Really needed the sweet and sour sauce to get any kind of flavour.

  It is a shame as this is usually a nice restaurant and but the staff were both in an extremely unpleasant mood last night and left customers shocked. Never again. We went to Albury Chinese around the corner and waited not even 10 minutes for the same quantity of food and the quality was great and the service was second to none with the service unable to be faulted in any way.

  The restaurant consists of a room containing only the tables, reception and a fish tank, making it feel roughly like a very large shoebox.

  The story was much the same for the mains, the fried rice and sweet and sour pork were neither fresh nor interesting.

  Fantastic food & service at a reasonable price. King Prawn dishes were great! Thank you Chef Tom and Manageress Margarita. Will definately come again.
