  We decided to make a "tree change" just recently and we made a trip to North East Victoria to view a property. The property didn't suit us but whilst we were there we met Dean Lupson. He sat down with us and discussed our options in detail. Dean's listening skills and customer care were second to none. We purchased our new home through Dean and couldn't be happier! Throughout the process he communicated with us several times a week and even better on settlement day he came around to our new house with a few cold beers, bottle of champagne and a gift to help us celebrate the day. We highly recommend Dean and his wife Catherine to anyone looking to sell their home or buy one. The two best real estate agents we have met - and we have met quite a few over the years!

  In the end, he achieved the price we were looking for. Catherine and Dean listened to us and acted upon our instructions, not the other way around. You couldn't ask for more from an agent really. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and in fact am using them now for another property.

  Dean and Catherine at Border Connect provide amazing, client-centred service. We had worked with a couple of other agents trying to sell our house but they were unresponsive and quite negative. The first thing I noticed when I met Dean was his energy – he had confidence in us as vendors, and more importantly had confidence in our house. He worked tirelessly to sell our property and despite some setbacks along the way, never gave up on our property and never expected us to drop our price below what we were willing to accept.
