  On the 29/7/2017, I attended the emergency department round about 6:00 pm. I had a fall down stairs 12 hrs early in the apartments I was staying in Melbourne. I did not realize how bad my arm was until we had got to Albury on our way home. The staff ,nurses and doctors could not do enough for me. After a X- ray on my arm and shoulder I was told I had dislocated my shoulder, without fuss the doctor explained exactly what he was going do and my shoulder was back in place. I just could not believe how caring everybody was not just to me but to every person in the waiting room and it was crowded with people from all walks of life. I would never hesitate to go back and highly recommend it to anyone. The hospital should be very proud of Doctor and Nurses in your emergency Department.

  My son had huge gash and bump on his head they acted quickly and swiftly to make sure there was no serious damage and did a ct and everything properly to care for my child they were way quicker and i was in and out in two hrs thank god there was no serious damage to my son. :)
