  Had an amazing day here found solutions for a bunch of problems and everything i needed. Best of all great customer service from awesome luke @ the tool shop (thankyou luke you were very understanding and helpful) and the 2 girls who helped us with the shelving and benches (im so sorry i didnt get your names)

  You get what you need but their staff is too poor in customer service.more training needed.need to be friendly and helpful

  Elderly gentlemen at the door needs some training in treating all customers equally. I noticed he acknowledged and greeted the customers who entered and departed the store before my son and I but completely ignored us. We spent more than $300 in the store today. In saying that, the staff in the store were very helpful.

  Spent over $100 on plants on Monday 11/9 Older woman manning the register in the nursery really needs training in customer relations. Two other people also commented to us on our way back to our vehicles about how rude & unhelpful she was to customers. Certainly well below the usual standard of service and definitely not an asset to Bunnings.
