  I can't believe this company is still in service especially in the one of most stressful time in someones life, a death of a loved one and we were greeted with mistake after mistake previous to the service and during the service.

  Amazing. Caring. Professional. Tracey and Rob made such a difficult and traumatic time for our family so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble and they communicated with us through the whole process. Advised us on things we knew nothing about and catered for our every want and need. They really take care of everything. The service to send off to say goodbye to our loved one was perfect. I can't recommend John Hosscak Funeral Homes highly enough.

  This company is one of the most incompetent companies I have dealt with in any industry. Even when mistakes in my mother's name in the funeral notice was brought to their attention and they indicated that it would be rectified they failed to do so. This was just one of 10 mistakes they made in the information and services they provided. At such a stressful time families should not be exposed to such poor service.
