  Living interstate, I searched for a 'reputable' florist to organise flowers for Mothers Day and settled on The Florist Centre... big mistake.

  Upon calling The Florist Centre and explaining the situation, I had expected an apology and an offer to deliver replacement flowers.... neither was forthcoming. Instead I was was asked how many flowers exactly had wilted and that my mother could drive to the shop and have those replaced.

  After taking all my details and forking out $70+ I was advised the flowers would be delivered around mid-morning Sunday... they weren't. They actually didnt arrive until close to 1pm; the address was apparently recorded incorrectly. Whilst having both mobile numbers for my mother and I, there was no courtesy call or request for correct details sought.

  Finally, having arrived and sighted the flowers, The Florist Centre only replaced 2 of the 3 lilies, as the 3rd was deemed to be fine, taking the 3rd replacement lily back with them... seriously?!

  After expressing my disappointment with the whole experience, they agreed to deliver the replacement flowers... however for the wilted ones only.

  To avoid a repeat, I asked them to confirm the address and phone details they had, however, yet again, they somehow couldn't find the address.
