    I came to the shop looking to buy a computer complaining somebody else diagnosed it as needing to be replaced. Brett insisted he did not want to sell me a computer until he knew mine was definitely broken. So I came back with my computer to discover that the previous computer guy was trying to rip me off and installed a flat battery the wrong way round.
